The monograph is devoted to the main problems of Bulgarian-Chuvash civilization's genesis as well as to the influence of other civilizations on the formation of both Orthodox Christian and Pagan Chuvash society. Considerable attention is given to the relations between the Chuvash people and other nations and congregations (Moslems, Christians, Jews).
