The study presents a comprehensive analysis of the development processes of the international community of rising states of the 20th–21st centuries, known as BRICS. The community represents one of the forms of humanity’s evolution in the 21st century, enabling member countries and their partners to build an effective system of international relations and a just multipolar world, as well as to ensure mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields. The research examines the civilizational, political, economic, and sociocultural dimensions of interaction among the BRICS states and those aspiring to join them.
