"Breath of the Thunderstorm" is the second part of the trilogy "Paleskaya Chronicle" ("People on the Swamp" (1962), "Breath of the Thunderstorm" (1966), "Blizzards, December" ( 1978)). It describes the dramatic events of the first years of collectivization on the example of the fates of the main characters Anna Chernushka, Vasyl Dziatlik, Glushakov, and others.
