This extraordinary work is dedicated to the multifaceted life, scientific, social and political activities of the outstanding Karakalpak scientist of world renown Marat Koptleuich Nurmukhamedov. It was really a bright, extraordinary personality. At the age of sixteen, he graduated from a secondary Russian school, then studied at the Karakalpak Pedagogical Institute, and simultaneously received a diploma from the Khojeyli Pedagogical School as an external student. And at the age of twenty - Moscow, graduate school at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, and three years later he defended his Ph.D. Being a product of the thaw, he was a man of a new formation. With his original ideas, thoughts, deeds, practical deeds, he constantly brought something new into the scientific and social life of the then large country.
