The book written by Dzhab Naminov-Burkhinov - the citizen of the USA, honorable citizen of the Republic of Kalmykia - is devoted to the problems of the struggle for civil rights of the Kalmyk people, forcedly deported to Siberia. Many state departments, public organizations, eminent political figures of the USA, countries of South-Eastern Asia and Europe participated in this political movement, in the forefront of which the author of the book was.
