The proposed edition comprises more than 500 works belonging to well known and unknown designers. This is a Russian book on the Russian graphic phenomenon with a fresh and discerning approach of a designer to exquisite, naive, and bizarre things. It is an attempt to depict and reconstruct the graphic face of the epoch covering the 1920s and 1930s: the phenomenon of the "revolutionary onslaught" which is illustrated with the samples of book and magazine covers that most fully manifest it.
