The monograph carries out a systematic study of the internal political, socio-economic, scientific and cultural development of Soviet Belarus (BSSR) in the context of Soviet-Polish relations (March 1921 - February 1939). The activities of the Mixed Border Commission, the Repatriation Commission, the process of opting for Polish citizenship in the BSSR, the work of the Mixed Re-Evacuation and the Special Commission, the problem of demarcation of the border line were studied; the activity of the Department of the authorized People's Commissariat of Pytiyzuf Trade of the RSFSR under the SNK of the BSSR on strengthening foreign trade relations with Polish commercial organizations, scientific and cultural cooperation between Soviet Belarus and Poland in 1921-1939 is described.
