Sardalov Isa Alkhazurovich - historian, member of the Union of Journalists of the Chechen Republic, member of the Public Chamber of the Chechen Republic, chairman of the Council of the regional branch of the All-Russian public movement for perpetuating the memory of those killed in defense of the Fatherland "Search Movement of Russia" in the Chechen Republic. The monograph is planned to be published in several volumes and cover the period from September 1941 to May 1944. The research conducted allowed the compilers to identify a number of documents testifying to the fierce combat operations of units and divisions of the Red Army that were part of the Crimean, Southern, North Caucasian and Transcaucasian fronts. Many documents are published in the publication for the first time.
