Fables created by I.Krylov at the beginning of the XIXth century became a common property of all Russian people and a book of wisdom for them. Nevertheless, in the XXth century Krylov's works were almost not republished. The compilers of the present work offer the reader their own version of Krylov's fable collection based on eight similar editions of the XIXth century.
