The report of the Institute of globalization problems describes and grounds new foreign politics of Russia, which is to become an effective instrument of modernization of the country’s economy and the whole Russian society. The principles of revival of Russia on the basis of the united post-soviet state, as well as creation of special forms of cooperation with countries and regions being the main objects of the modern emigration from Russia, are formulated in the book. Some provisions of the report (regarding energy policy) became to realize in Russia even at the stage of preparation of the report.
