Stanislav Shcherbakov completed work on a book on the history of the city. In fact, this is a directory in which you can find answers to questions regarding the time of the names of city streets and alleys. Literally everyone - and those that are used today, and those that are already in the past, and even those that were just planned once. The largest group among the latter is the names of the streets of the "city of Rozvadovo", discovered by the author on that part of the plan of this failed city, which was developed at the beginning of the last century by Count I.A. Rozvadovsky.
