The first volume of the work presents the stage of the formation of the Artsakh movement and the establishment of the Republic of Artsakh, the initial options for the settlement of the Artsakh conflict, the formation of the OSCE as the main negotiating platform, the UN Security Council resolutions and the version of the conflict settlement discussed in Key West. The second volume covers the 2002-2020 negotiation process.
