This book is the first philosophical and textual research on Christian apocryphal apocalypses. This research was conducted by means of the comparative analysis of the Greek and Slavic versions of apocrypha. Comparative analyses are based on the study of Bible and works of early-Christian thinkers: Clement of Alexandria, Tertulian, Origen, Gregory of Nazianzus and also on the study of Neoplatonic and Gnosticism ideas.
