The poetic anthology "Between the Sirens" is evidence of the great war that was supposed to destroy us and nullify Ukrainian culture. But in spite of everything, we persevered, and our poetry sounds extremely powerful and sincere, destroys the walls with which the souls are fenced, reaches the hearts with. The open and wounded sensitive hearts that learn to live on among the sirens.
As long as Russia's war against Ukraine continues, this anthology cannot be considered complete - new war poems are written in the Armed Forces between deployments on combat missions, on the way with humanitarian missions, in Ukraine and abroad. Having absorbed the voices of 59 modern Ukrainian poets and poetesses, this collection shows what we become in the crucible of trials: strong, vulnerable, invincible.
