The book presents the development of a typical and in the same time unique residential area. Starting as an experimental complex of new type, "Trakiia" turned as a common name for panel area in a place preferred of the citizens of the city of Plovdiv and the surroundings. The present almanac is the result of a huge study where over 60 specialists and volunteers took participation which was held in the period February-August in the borders of One Architecture Week fest. It includes archive and recent information for the condition of the different elements of the urban environment, cartographic materials from the field crawl, graphical materials and schemes, data from a special statistical research, analyses of meetings with citizens in this area and relevant articles.
