The monograph is devoted to the peculiarities of adoption and publication of laws of the republics within the Russian Federation, as well as to the problems of realization of guarantees of preservation and equality of languages of the peoples of Russia. It considers the issues of publication of federal laws in the state languages of the republics within the Russian Federation as a realization of the constitutional rights of citizens of the Russian Federation, makes proposals to improve the procedure for the publication of federal laws in the state languages of the republics within the Russian Federation.
