The book is the first large-scale and in-depth study of the administrative law regime for people with disabilities in our country and in particular of PWD and HLP, in force since 2019. Through a brief retrospective study of interpretations of legal norms made by courts, national and European practice , the special legislation in the field of disability and by framing European policies, it seeks to outline the current state and opportunities for improving the regime. The executive bodies with competence in relation to people with disabilities, the status and powers of the Agency for People with Disabilities, the Monitoring Council and the National Council for People with Disabilities were examined.
