The monograph is devoted to the study of current issues of administrative and legal protection of the sovereignty of the Russian Federation from unfriendly actions of foreign countries. The article substantiates interconnection of unfriendly actions of foreign states and threats to sovereignty of the Russian Federation. In this context, the concept, content and features of administrative and legal protection of State sovereignty have been defined. The article reveals the legal basis, grounds of introduction and application of appropriate protective measures with their detailed classification and characterization. The article analyses powers of public authorities on introduction and application of measures of administrative and legal protection of state sovereignty. A special place is devoted to the formation of proposals on possible ways of improving the administrative and legal protection of the sovereignty of the Russian Federation from unfriendly actions of foreign States.
