The book is devoted to the history and employees of "Krasny pischevik" OJSC, which is one of the oldest enterprises in the confectionary industry of the Republic of Belarus. Its history started in 1870. It specializes in producing pastila and marmalade products, halva, toffee, dragee, sweets of jelly bodies, Belarusian candies (peanuts with spices).
