Additional education is a unique opportunity for social and economic integration and mobility of young invalids. Peculiarities of the additional education programs for invalids in modern Russia are examined in the book. Institutional particular features of the system of additional education, legislative resources for its development, difficulties and contradictions are analyzed, as well as the results of a series of deep comparative case-study and mass polls in Saratov, Kazan and Tomsk are discussed. Approaches to the development of additional educational services for invalids in the context of national priorities of the socio-economic development were worked out on the basis of special researches.
