The book represents a novel written in verse and devoted to Ingilabu Nadirli, one of the most famous and outstanding peronalities of Azerbaijan who contributed greatly to the development of the country's regions contiguous with the Republic of Armenia. The regions, such as Lachyna and Kel'badzhar, became subsequently advanced posts for Azerbaijan army during Karabakh war.
